TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND ARCHITECT <br />... <br /> ARTICLE 1 2.4 CONSTRUCTION PHASE—ADMINISTRATION <br /> AFiCHITECT'S RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br /> 2.4.1 The Architect's responsibillty to provide Basic Services <br /> 1.1 ARCHITECT'S SERVICES for the Construczion Phase under this Agreement commences <br /> with the award of the Contract for Constructlon and terminates <br /> 1.1.1 The Architect's services consist of those services per- at the earller of issuance to the Owner of the flnal Certificate for <br /> formed by the Architect,Architect's employees and Architect's �Yment or 60 days after the date of Substantlal Completlon of <br /> consultants as enumerated in Articles 2 and 3 of this Agreement the Work, unless extrnded under the terms of Subparagraph <br /> and any other services included in Articic 12. 10•2•3. <br /> 1.1.2 'I'he Architect's services shall be performed as expedi- 2•4.2 The Architect shall provide administration of the Con- <br /> tiously as is cvnsistrnt with professlonal skill and care and the traa for Constructlon as set forth below and in the edition of <br /> orderly progress oi the Work.
