', <br /> E. Equipment and Building Maintenance including: I <br /> 1 . Studying bus operation and maintenance <br /> service to determine the adequacy of the <br /> existing equipment. <br /> 2 . Recommend equipment purchases for <br /> transportation and maintenance opera- <br /> tions. <br /> 3 . Direction and supervision of equipment <br /> and building maintenance operations. <br /> 4 . Supervising inspection of equipment to <br /> promote safety of the riding and general <br /> public. <br /> F. Equipment Purchasing: <br /> 1 . Direction and supervision of purchasing <br /> minor equipment, hardware, office <br /> supplies, etc. <br /> 4 . Operator shall also furnish, either upon the <br /> request of or with the prior approval of City, such <br /> consulting and technical assistance as may be reasonably <br /> required to assist the resident manager in the operation of <br /> the transit system which shall include but not be limited to <br /> the matters set out in Paragraph 3 hereof. <br /> 3 <br />
