operation of said transit system other than Operator' s <br /> managing personnel, along with all other employment costs <br /> allocable to the employment of such operation personnel. <br /> All other direct operating expenses related to and arising <br /> out of the operation and maintenance of said system and the <br />' property appurtenant thereto including advertising, promo- <br /> tion, postage, miscellaneous administrative expenses, etc. , <br /> shall be an obligation of the City. Reimbursement shall be <br /> only for items and amounts actually paid and shall in no <br /> event exceed those rates or amounts previously from time to <br /> time approved by the City. <br /> 12. Operator shall provide City with a policy in such ' <br /> amount and with such corporate surety as may be approved by <br /> City indemnifying City against dishonesty, defalcation, <br /> infidelity or shortage caused by Operator or any employee of <br /> Operator either individually or otherwise. <br /> 13. Operator shall maintain, and furnish evidence of, <br /> a standard workmen' s compensation and employers liability <br /> policy of insurance conforming to the requirements of <br /> applicable statute and covering all employees employed by <br /> Operator pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> 14 . If required by the City, Operator shall provide <br /> and keep in force, and furnish evidence of, a contract or <br /> contracts of insurance with a reliable company or with <br /> 6 <br />
