That the Agreement between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and the State of Illinois, Department of Transporta- <br /> tion, for the maintenance of municipal streets as set out <br /> therein, be and the same is hereby received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
