If the provision of this Agreement or application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid application or provision, and to this end such invalid provision or invalid application of this Agreement is severable, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement.
