5 . 5. Previous Interqovernmental Aqreement . The <br /> Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement dated March 14, 1977 , <br /> heretofore entered into by the City and Authority, as amended on <br /> March 20, 1978, June 5, 1978, and June 26 , 1978, and the <br /> Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement dated November 24, 1980 , <br /> entered into by the City and the Authority are not hereby <br /> impaired or limited in any manner and said Intergovernmental <br /> Cooperation Agreements, as stated, remain in full force and <br /> effect. �, <br /> I <br /> 5 . 6.
