Page 2 — Petition for Rezoning <br /> The purpose of the proposed rezoning is : to al l ow the constructi on of a <br /> 73 unit Motel and a mini-warehouse facility. <br /> In support of this request, petitioner hereby submits to the City Plar <br /> Commission and City Council the following facts : <br /> The 73 Unit Motel is in accordance with B-2 zoning allowable use. , <br /> The Motel use will be an ecomonic generator for the area and will compliment <br /> the existing Budgetel Motel . ', <br /> The Mini-Warehouse facility makes good use of the property at the rear of ', <br /> the site and will offer a needed service to the residents on the North side I <br /> of Decatur.
