ORDINANCE NO. � / '� � W ORDINANCE GRANTING S�PECIAL PERMIT HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE - 109 SOUTH EDWARD STREET - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 1994 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of St. Paul's Lutheran Church for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, said use being the operation of an office and said premises being legally described as follows: Commencin at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1) in g Block Nine 9 of Western Addition to the City of � ) Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book H, Page 103 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence West 45 feet; thence South 90 feet; thence West 25 feet; thence South 15 feet, thence East 70 feet, thence North 105 feet to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and reviewed by, the Historical and Architectural Sites Commission, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to St. Paul' s Lutheran Church and only to St. Paul's Lutheran Church to own and operate an office as a Historic Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat, plan and photographs thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. .
