Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That the existing structure remain as set <br /> forth by the site plan and photographs submitted by <br /> petitioner, and that no exterior alterations to the <br /> existing building be made without express approval of <br /> the Director of Community Development; "alteration" , as <br /> used herein, shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in <br /> Chapter 31 of the City Code; <br /> (b) That minimum off-street parking spaces be <br /> provided at a ratio of one space per 400 square feet of <br /> gross floor area for office space and two spaces per <br /> apartment unit; such spaces may be provided by lease <br /> arrangement as set forth in applicable sections of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance (Ord. 3512) ; and, <br /> (c) That signage be limited to one non-illuminated <br /> sign mounted flat against an exterior wall of the <br /> existing structure and having an area not to exceed four ' <br /> (4) square feet. <br /> Section 4 .
