Section 5 . ', <br /> (C) The vehicular entrance or exit be provided from North �I <br /> Main Street. <br /> (D) That a minimum of 19 off street parking spaces be <br /> provided to serve the proposed use based on 1, 440 square feet of <br /> chapel/visitation area. <br /> (E) That the proposed use be developed in general <br /> accordance with Exhibit "A" . <br /> Section 6 .
