� <br /> , . <br /> enjoyment of the goods , services , facilities , <br /> privileges , advantages , or accommodations of the <br /> respondent; <br /> 7) Pay to the complainant all or a portion of the <br /> costs of maintaining the action, including reasonable <br /> attorney fees and expert witness fees incurred in <br /> maintaining this action before the Human Relations <br /> Officer, the Commission and in any judicial review and <br /> judicial enforcement proceedings; <br /> 8) Report as to the manner of compliance; <br /> 9) Post notices in a conspicuous place which the <br /> Commission may publish or cause to be published setting <br /> forth requirements for compliance with this Chapter or <br /> other relevant information which the Commission <br /> determines necessary to explain this Chapter; <br /> 10) Take such action as may be necessary to make <br /> the individual complainant whole, including, but not <br /> limited to, awards of interest on the complainant�s <br /> actual damages and back-pay from the date of the human <br /> rights violation; and, <br /> 11) In the case of a violation of Article 8 of <br /> this Chapter, pay to the City of Decatur a fine of not <br /> more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500 . 00) for the first <br /> such offense, and not more than One Thousand Dollars <br /> ($1, 000. 00) for each subsequent offense. Each day of a <br /> continuing offense shall not be considered a separate <br /> offense for the purposes hereof. <br /> Section 5-12 . If damage awards or fines ordered hereunder <br /> are not paid within thirty (30) days after they are assessed, <br /> they shall be considered to be debts to the City of Decatur or <br /> the party to whom they are owed under the terms of said order, <br /> and shall be collectible in the same manner provided by law for <br /> the collection of all other debts. <br /> Section 5-13 . A. Any party to a hearing held under the <br /> provisions of this Article may seek review by the City Council of <br /> any final decision and order of the Commission in such proceeding <br /> decided by the affirmative vote of fewer than nine (9) members by <br /> filing a request for such review with the City Clerk within <br /> fifteen (15) days of the service of such decision and order on <br /> said party. <br /> B. Within three (3) days of the receipt of a request for <br /> review, as provided herein, the City Clerk shall notify the Human <br /> Relations Officer of such request and said officer shall then <br /> 9 <br />
