For purposes of this Article, "sexual <br /> harassment" and "citizenship status" shall have the same meaning <br />, as defined in Article 6 of this Chapter. <br />' Article 13 . GENERAL PROVISIONS. <br /> Section 13-1. The provisions of this Chapter are, and shall <br /> be construed to be, severable, and a finding of invalidity of any <br /> of such provisions by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not <br /> invalidate the other provisions hereof. <br /> Section 13-2 . Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed, <br /> and it is not the intent hereof, to require more costly means of <br /> compliance herewith than are required for compliance with <br /> standards set out in applicable State or Federal laws which are <br /> similar or comparable hereto. <br /> 29 <br />
