� � � <br /> ■ - � , , <br /> or that probable cause does not exist, said Officer shall issue, <br /> in the name of the Commission, and cause to be served on the <br /> appropriate parties , an order approved by the Commission <br /> dismissing the allegations of the charge. Said order shall <br /> provide that the charging party may seek review of same before <br /> the Commission; a request for such review must be filed within <br /> thirty (30) days. <br /> Section 4-6 . A. Where the Human Relations Officer <br /> determines that there is probable cause, an attempt shall be made <br /> to eliminate the alleged discriminatory practice by informal <br /> methods of conference, conciliation, and persuasion. <br /> B. If the respondent and complainant agree to a <br /> conciliation agreement, such agreement shall be approved by the <br /> Commission and the Human Relations Officer shall issue an order <br /> in the name of the Commission stating the terms of the agreement <br /> and furnish a copy of the order to the complainant and <br /> respondent. <br /> C. Nothing said or done in the course of conciliation may <br /> be used as evidence in a subsequent proceeding without the <br /> written consent of the persons concerned. <br /> Section 4-7 . A. When a charge of a human rights violation <br /> has been properly filed, as herein set out, the Human Relations <br /> Officer, within ninety (90) days thereof, shall (1) file a <br /> complaint with the Commission, as provided in this Chapter, (2) <br /> issue an order finding no probable cause for said charge, as <br /> approved by the Commission, or (3) issue an order of conciliation <br /> pursuant to an agreement between the charging party and the <br /> respondent, as approved by the Commission; provided that, if none <br /> of the above have occurred within said period, and no complaint <br /> has been filed with the Commission pursuant to subsection (B) <br /> hereof, said Officer shall continue the investigation of such <br /> charge after said ninety (90) days and conclude it with the <br /> greatest promptness that is administratively feasible. <br /> B. Within thirty (30) days of the expiration of said ninety <br /> (90) day period, or the expiration of such longer period as shall <br /> have been agreed upon by the complainant and the respondent, the <br /> aggrieved party may file a complaint with the Commission, if the <br /> Human Relations Officer has not sooner filed a complaint or <br /> ordered that no complaint be issued. The form of the complaint <br /> shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 5-l. The <br /> aggrieved party shall notify the Human Relations Officer that a <br /> complaint has been filed and shall serve a copy of the complaint <br /> on the Human Relations Officer on the same date that the <br /> complaint is filed with the Commission. Upon such notice, the <br /> Human Relations Officer shall cease processing the charge. <br /> 5 <br />
