ORDINANCE NO. �� �� / <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YIELD INTERSECTION <br /> - CLAY STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles on Clay Street <br /> approaching Calhoun Street shall yield the right-of-way to any <br /> vehicle in the intersection of said streets or approaching the <br /> same so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
