a Series 1993 Note of the Corporation hereinafter referred to, will promote the general <br /> health and welfare of the residents of the City and sunounding areas. <br /> SECT�ON 3. Series 1993 Note and Mortgage. The City shall advance refund the <br /> Series 1988 Bonds and the Series 1991 Bonds and pay all or a portion of the financing, legal <br /> and other incidental costs and charges for the purposes aforesaid by lending the proceeds of <br /> the Series 1993 Bonds to the Corporation pursuant to the First Mortgage Note, Series 1993 <br /> (the "Series 1993 Note"), of the Corporation in a principal amount not to exceed <br /> $10,000,000, the Series 1993 Note to be issued under and secured by a Loan Agreement, <br /> Mortgage and Security Agreement dated as of August 1, 1993 (the "Mortgage") between the <br /> Corporation and the City. The City Council does hereby authorize and approve the <br /> execution of the Mortgage by the Mayor of the City (the "Mayor") under the seal of the <br /> City, attested by the City Clerk of the City (the "City Clerk"), and the delivery thereof. <br /> Such Series 1993 Note and Mortgage shall be substantially in the forms of the Series 1993 <br /> Note and the Mortgage attached hereto and marked Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, <br /> and hereby approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the officials of <br /> the City executing the same, such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of their <br /> approval, and of the City Council's approval, of any changes or revisions therein from the <br /> forms of the Series 1993 Note and the MoRgage attached hereto. '� <br /> SECTION 4. Series 1993 Bonds. In order to obtain funds to lend to the Corporation <br /> for the purposes aforesaid, there is hereby authorized the issuance of not in excess of '', <br /> $10,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Series 1993 Bonds.
