a pledge of the full faith and credit of the City. The Series 1993 Bonds and the interest <br /> payable thereon shall not give rise to a pecuniary liability of the City or a charge against its <br /> general credit or taxing powers. <br /> The Series 1993 Bonds and the interest and premium, if any, payable thereon, shall be <br /> limited obligations of the City and shall be payable solely from payments to be made under <br /> the Mortgage and on the Series 1993 Note and as otherwise provided in the Trust Indenture. <br /> The Series 1993 Bonds shall bear interest at fixed rates not to exceed a weighted average <br /> annual rate of 5.95% per annum and shall be payable over a term not exceeding 20 years <br /> from date of issuance, all as shall be approved by the Mayor within the parameters set forth <br /> in this Ordinance, the execution of said Trust Indenture by the Mayor to constitute <br /> conclusive evidence of the Mayor's approval, and of the City Council's approval, of the final <br /> terms of the Series 1993 Bonds. <br /> SECTION 5. Trust Indenture. The City Council does hereby authorize and approve <br /> the execution by the Mayor under the seal of the City, attested by its City Clerk, and the <br /> delivery of a Trust Indenture dated as of August 1, 1993 (the "Trust Indenture") between <br /> the City and First of America Trust Company, an Illinois trust company with its principal <br /> corporate trust office located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, as trustee (the "Trustee"), <br /> providing for the security of the Series 1993 Bonds and expressing the contract between the <br /> City and the holders of the Series 1993 Bonds. Such Trust Indenture shall be substantially <br /> in the form of the Trust Indenture attached hereto and marked Exhibit C and hereby <br /> approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the officials of the City <br /> executing the same, such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of their approval, and <br /> of the City Council's approval, of any changes or revisions therein from the form of the <br /> Trust Indenture attached hereto. <br /> -5- � <br />
