SECTION 6. Bond Purchase Agreement. The City Council does hereby authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor and the delivery of a Bond Purchase Agreement (the "Bond Purchase Agreement") among the City, the Corporation and First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc., as underwriter (the "Underwriter"), pursuant to which the Underwriter will offer to purchase the Series 1993 Bonds. Such Bond Purchase Agreement shall be substantially in the form of the Bond Purchase Agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit D and hereby approved, or with such changes therein as sha11 be approved by the Mayor, such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of the Mayor's approval, and of the City Council's approval, of any changes or revisions therein from the form of the Bond Purchase Agreement attached hereto. SECTION 7. Official Statement. The City Council does hereby authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor of an Official Statement (the "Official Statement") on behalf of the City relating to the Series 1993 Bonds. Such Official Statement shall be in substantially the form of the Preliminary Official Statement (the "Preliminary Official Statement") attached hereto and marked Exhibit E and hereby approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the Mayor, such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of the Mayor's approval, and of the City Council's approval, of any changes therein from the form of the Preliminary Official Statement attached hereto. The use by the Underwriter of the Preliminary Official Statement, in the form attached hereto and marked Exhibit E, in connection with the marketing of the Series 1993 Bonds is hereby in all respects authorized and approved.
