amending that certain Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 1988 between the City and the <br /> Series 1988 Trustee, and providing for the advance refunding of all outstanding Series 1988 <br /> Bonds. Such Series 1988 Supplemental Indenture shall be in such form as is acceptable to <br /> Chapman and Cutler, Bond Counsel, and to counsel for the City, such execution to constitute <br /> conclusive evidence of their approval, and of the City Council's approval, of the final form <br /> of the Series 1988 Supplemental Indenture. <br /> SECTION 11. Series 1991 Supplemental Indenture. The City Council does hereby <br /> authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor under the seal of the City, attested by its <br /> City Clerk, and the delivery of a First Supplemental Trust Indenture dated as of August l, <br /> 1993 (the "Series 1991 Supplemental Indenture") between the City and Magna Trust <br /> Company, Belleville, Illinois, as trustee (the "Series 1991 Trustee"), supplementing and <br /> amending that certain Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 1991 between the City and the <br /> Series 1991 Trustee, and providing for the advance refunding of all outstanding Series 1991 <br /> Bonds. Such Series 1991 Supplemental Indenture shall be in such form as is acceptable to <br /> Chapman and Cutler, Bond Counsel, and to counsel for the City, such execution to constitute <br /> conclusive evidence of their approval, and of the City Council's approval, of the form of the <br /> Series 1991 Supplemental Indenture. <br /> SECTION 12. Authorization and Ratification of Related Matters. The members, <br /> officials, agents and employees of the City are hereby authorized, empowered and directed <br /> to do all such acts and things and to execute, deliver and/or approve all such documents and <br /> showings as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance, and all of the acts and doings of the members, officials, agents and employees of <br /> the City which are in conformity with the intent and purposes of this Ordinance, whether <br /> -8- <br />
