heretofore or hereafter taken or done, shall be and are hereby ratified, confirmed and <br /> approved. <br /> SECTION 13. The Provisions Separable. The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby <br /> declared to be separable, and if any section, phrase or provision shall for any reason be <br /> declared to be invalid, such declaration sha11 not affect the validity of the remainder of the <br /> sections, phrases or provisions hereof. <br /> SECTION 14. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances, Etc. All ordinances, resolutions, <br /> orders or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are, to the extent of <br /> such conflict, hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 15. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its <br /> approval by the Mayor. <br /> SECTION 16. Publication of Notice. The Certificate of Publication of Notice on <br /> May 3, 1993 concerning the public hearing held on May 24, 1993 shall be received, placed <br /> on file and is hereby approved. <br /> SECTION 17. Publication in Pamphlet Form. This Ordinance shall be published in <br /> book or pamphlet form, published by the authority of the City Council within the time <br /> period prescribed by law. <br /> -9- <br />
