four inches in diameter, equal in quality and dimensions to that <br /> heretofore described, and as shown on "Exhibit 2" and as <br /> described in "Exhibit 3". <br /> Tee-branches or wye-branches shall be closed by means of a <br /> disc or stopper cemented in place, and shall be provided and set <br /> along the sewers , being located in front of abutting properties <br /> so as to serve such properties with sewage facilities . <br /> City standard manholes are to be provided at the location <br /> and depth as shown in "Exhibit 2" and as specified in "Exhibit <br /> 3" . <br /> All roadways shall be restored by thorough compaction of all <br /> trench material , grading of all depressions and bumps and the <br /> application of cover and seal coats as specified. <br /> SECTION 6 : The said sanitary sewer system shall be <br /> constructed in its entirety in strict accordance with the said <br /> "Exhibit 2" and also in strict accordance with the detailed <br /> specifications marked "Exhibit 3" attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof by reference. <br /> SECTION 7 : The several parts of this Ordinance, the <br /> Exhibits , and the specifications shall be taken and construed <br /> together to explain each other and make the whole consistent . <br /> SECTION 8 : The grades for said sewer shall be according <br /> to the grades and elevations set forth on the profiles , plans , <br /> drawings , and Exhibits hereto attached, all elevations being <br /> computed to the datum established by the United States geological <br /> survey. The detailed plans marked "Exhibit 2" have references <br /> thereon as to eZevations , including basement elevations . <br /> (3) <br />
