93-47 PROVIDING FOR A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS LAROSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT

SECTION 9 : That the cost of said improvement, including construction costs , engineering costs for planning, construction supervision, and resident inspection, court costs , attorney' s fees , the cost of spreading the Assessment Roll, right-of-way costs and all other expenses , shall be paid for by special assessment upon the property benefited as provided by law, and that the estimated cost of said improvement, certified over the signature of the president of the Board of Local Improvements , and presented herewith and attached hereto is hereby approved in order to be transcribed in the records of this Board. SECTION 10 : That permanent easements for construction, maintenance, operation and repair of said sewer system, including replacements , reconstruction thereof or improvements thereto across private property, together with manholes as shown on the plans and exhibits , shall be aquired in the manner required by law over and across the property described in "Exhibit 4" attached hereto. SECTION 11 : That the recommendation for said improvement by the Board of Local Improvements of The City of Decatur, Illinois , together with the itemized estimate of. the cost of such improvement, both prepared and presented to the Mayor and City Council with this Ordinance as provided by law, be and the same are hereby approved.
