, � . <br /> (d) Developer ehall be responsible for extending a ten-inch <br /> water main along Arbor Drive to west boundary of subject <br /> premises; the City of Decatur shall be responsible for difference <br /> in cost between a six-inch and ten-inch water main for this <br /> distance. <br /> (e) Off-street parking spaces for the proposed 60-unit <br /> condominium buildings shall be provided at a minimum ratio of <br /> one-half space per unit. However, in the event that this parking <br /> ratio is deemed inadequate by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Director of Community Development, additional spaces shall be <br /> provided by the owners and/or developer to correct the <br />' deficiency, with up to a ratio of one off-street parking space <br /> per unit being provided. <br /> (f) Owner/developer shall be responsible for one-half the <br /> cost of improving Arbor Drive from Oakland Avenue west to the <br /> west line of the subject premises. Such improvement shall meet <br /> minimum City of Decatur design standards for a residential street <br /> except that the curb shall be a B-6: 24 barrier type curb and <br /> gutter. <br /> (g) All duplex and quadplex structures shall be limited to <br /> one (1) story in height; the sixty unit buildings shall be <br /> limited to three (3) stories in height. <br /> Section 4 .
