.f . ` <br /> 5. ADDITIONS TO CODE. The following numbered sections are <br /> hereby added to said Code as herein indicated: <br /> F-2701. 1. 1 Building: No permit to sell fireworks may be <br /> issued unless such fireworks will be sold from a building meeting <br /> all applicable requirements of all City of Decatur building and <br /> safety codes. No fireworks may be sold from any place other than <br /> the building and location for which the permit is issued. <br /> F-2701. 1.2 Display of Permit: Any permit issued hereunder <br /> for the sale of fireworks must be posted in a conspicuous place <br /> on the premises at all times. <br /> F-2701. 5 Revocation: Any permit issued hereunder may be <br /> revoked or suspended by the City Manager upon two (2) days notice <br /> in writing to the permittee of opportunity to be heard, for any <br /> violation by the permittee of the provisions of the Fire Preven- <br /> tion Code or the regulations duly adopted thereunder, and such <br /> suspension or revocation may be in addition to any fine imposed. <br /> F-2701. 6 Sale of Fireworks: Persons or entities holding <br /> permits for the sale of fireworks or emplovees of any person or <br /> entitv holding a permit for the sale of fireworks may only sell <br /> such fireworks to persons or entities he�d�ng who display or show <br /> the followina• <br /> 1. A valid and current permit for the display or discharge <br /> of said fireworks and. <br /> 2 . Another form of identification indicating that the per- <br /> son or entitv purchasing the fireworks is the same person or en- <br /> tity as that listed on said permit. <br /> F-2701. 6. 1 Inventory: Any person or entity who sells <br /> fireworks under this Ordinance must maintain: <br /> 1. A detailed inventory of all items received, offered or <br /> exposed for sale including ctuantity received and date received; <br /> 2 . A listing for each sale of fireworks indicating the <br /> items sold, �urchaser's name, purchaser's address , uurchaser's <br /> permit number, what other form of identification was shown, per- <br /> son who sold the fireworks and date on which the fireworks were <br /> sold; <br /> 3 . All inventories maintained under this provision must be - <br /> presented upon request to any City of Decatur employee pursuant <br /> to official business.� <br /> F-2701. 6.2 Aqe Qualifications: No one under the age of 18 <br /> may sell fireworks for any person or entity holding a permit for <br /> the sale of fireworks. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
