F-2701.7 Purchase of Fireworks: Any person or entity when <br /> purchasing fireworks must display or show to the seller of the <br /> fireworks a valid and current permit issued hereunder for the <br /> displav or discharge of fireworks, another piece of identifica- <br /> tion indicating the person or entity purchasinq the fireworks is <br /> the same person or entity as that listed on said permit and must <br /> supply his current address to the seller. <br /> F-2701.8 Liability of Certain Persons: No licensee, owner <br /> permit holder, possesser, manager, or other person in control or <br /> in charae of anv place or permises holding a permit issued <br /> hereunder shall �ermit the violation of anv provision of statute <br /> or the Citv Code. It shall not be a defense to a prosecution <br /> brouaht hereunder that the defendant did not have actual <br /> knowledge of the violation. <br />
