This Objection is made pursuant to Chapter 65, ILCS <br /> 5/i1-13-14. <br /> As partial grounds for this objection the undersigned state: <br /> 1. Petitioner refuses to ecknovledge validity of the duly recorded <br /> Second Amended Declaration Of Easements� Covenants And Restrictions <br /> Shorerood Estates Second Addition, Shorerood Estates Third Addition end <br /> Shorevood Estates Fourth Addition. Petitioner is misleading purchasers <br /> and prospective purchasers of property restricted by said Declaration by <br /> indicating that said Declaration does not apply to the real estate. <br /> 2. Approval of the Petition rill lead to substantially increased traffic <br /> on the streets ovned by the undersigned. Said increased traffic rill <br /> cause additional maintenance expenses for said streets Mhich the <br /> undersigned rill have to pay. Additional treffic on said streets vill <br /> create serious safety hazards to the undersigned and to pedestrians in <br /> the area.
