T <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � � <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> FUNERAL HOME <br /> - 1725 NORTH JASPER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1993, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of T. W. & R. P. , Inc. for a special permit under the <br /> provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (z) of the Zoning Ordinance to own <br /> and operate a funeral home upon premises legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> All of Lots 17 and 18, and the North 51 feet of Lots 19 <br /> and 20, and the South 87 feet of Lots 1 and 2 , all in <br /> Block 5 of Crowder and Cornthwait's Addition of Outlots <br /> to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22 <br /> Page 477 of the �records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such special permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to T. W. & R. P. , <br /> Inc. , and only to T. W. & R. P. , Inc. to own and operate a <br /> funeral home upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the <br /> plat and plan thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) No access to the subject building or any <br /> addition thereto shall be permitted along the north side <br /> thereof. <br /> (b) A four to six foot high sight break fence or <br /> screening hedge shall be constructed along all sides of <br /> off street parking areas adjoining property which is <br /> classified as residential zoning. <br />
