(c) The existing alley adjoining the subject <br /> premises shall be paved with a minimum of two inches <br /> Class I. asphalt over a six-inch aggregate base. <br /> (d) Prior to issuance of a building permit, a <br /> detailed site plan including but not limited to storm <br /> drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities, parking <br /> lots, driveways , fences, and screening shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Department of Public <br /> Works and Department of Community Development. <br /> (e) Except as herein noted, the proposed <br /> development shall be in accordance with Exhibit A which <br /> consists of a site plan for the subject tract and floor <br /> plan for the proposed operation. <br /> Section 4.
