Chapter 34 <br /> {r}� In any area between the boundary lines of a way <br /> publicly maintained for purposes of vehicular travel, not includ- <br /> ing shoulders or parkways, that is unimproved and maintained in a <br /> natural state with grass, trees or other vegetative cover. <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 91-74, November 4 , 1991, eff. 6/1/92) <br /> 3@-3� IINAIITHORIZED MOVING OF VEHICLE. No person other than a <br /> police officer, the owner, or some person authorized by the owner <br /> thereof, shall move a vehicle into any prohibited parking area, <br /> or away from a curb such distance as is unlawful, or start or <br /> cause to be started the motor of any motor vehicle, or� shift, <br /> change, or move the levers, brake, starting device, gears, or <br /> other mechanism of a parked motor vehicle in order to move the <br /> motor vehicle to a position other than that in which it was left <br /> by the owner or driver thereof, or attempt to do so. <br /> 3�-34 . PIIBLIC BIIILDINGS. When official signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, no person shall stand or park any vehicle <br /> longer than necessary to load or unload passengers within a space <br /> designated by official signs along the adjacent curb immediately <br /> in front of any entrance to any public building, hospital, hotel, <br /> theater or church. <br /> ��-35.
