Chapter 34 <br /> (d) When any vehicle is left unattended upon a street in <br /> front of a driveway so as to prevent or hinder ingress or egress <br /> thereto; <br /> (e) When any vehicle is left unattended upon a street or an <br /> alley for a period of time in excess of seventy-two (72) hours <br /> other than in a metered area; <br /> (f) When any vehicle is left in a metered parking space or <br /> in a space within an area controlled bv a desiQnated parkinQ time <br /> limit on a street or in any municipal off-street parking facility <br /> for a period in excess of fer�p-e#gh�-{46}-henr' twenty-four (24) <br /> hours. <br /> (g) When any vehicle is parked or left standing in viola- <br /> tion of the provisions of paragraphs �618 through 3�36 inclusive, <br /> of this Chapter. <br /> (h) When any vehicle has been parked on public property for <br /> a period of time of at least seventy-two (72) hours or private <br /> property for a period of at least seven (7) days and from which <br /> vehicle the engine, wheels or other parts have been removed, or <br /> on which vehicle the engine, wheels or other parts have been al- <br /> tered, damaged or otherwise so treated that the vehicle is in- <br /> capable of being driven under its own motor power. This subsec- <br /> tion shall not include a motor vehicle which has been rendered <br />
