FIRST AMENDED PETITION TO <br /> RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> TO: The Mayor and City Council , Members <br /> � of the City Plan Commission <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> The undersigned, DELRO PARTNERSHIP, by James E. Masey and <br /> Robert D. Wesselink, its sole partners , hereby request an <br /> amendment to an R-2 Residence Development Plan as follows : <br /> 1 . By Ordinance No. 90-98 dated September 4 , 1990 , the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois adopted an ordinance approving an R-2 <br /> Residence Development Plan for the property at 4455 North Mac <br /> Arthur Road, Decatur, Illinois, a copy of which Ordinance is <br /> attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" . <br /> 2 . Thereafter, as provided in the ordinance adopted, a <br /> subdivision plat entitled "Waterford Terrace First Addition" was <br /> approved by the Department of Public Works and Community <br /> Development. <br /> 3 . Lot 1 of Waterford Terrace First Addition contains 6 . 07 <br /> acres and use of 9 two-family dwelling units were approved as <br /> part of the Residence Development Plan for construction on Lot 1 . <br /> 4 . At present, there are four ( 4 ) two-family dwellings <br /> located West of Waterford Court , which are currently completed or <br /> being constructed, designated as Unit Numbers 111 thru 118 and <br /> shown on "Ehhibit B" attached hereto . <br />
