The petitioner seeks to amend the Residence Development <br /> Plan for dwellings located East of Waterford Court by providing <br /> for: <br /> Three ( 3 ) single family building lots that would front <br /> on Waterford Lane, designated as Lot Numbers 41 , 42 and <br /> 43 and shown on "Exhibit B" attached. <br /> Eight ( 8 ) family dwellings that would front on <br /> Waterford Court consisting of a single family, two- <br /> family or three-family dwelling; or any combination <br /> thereof and not to exceed eight family dwellings in <br /> total ; designated as Unit Numbers 103 thru 110 and <br /> shown on "Exhibit B" attached hereto . The proposed <br /> change in Residence Development Plan will be consistent <br /> with and meet the requirements of the existing R-2 <br /> ( Single Family Residence) Zoning Classification. <br /> 6 .
