ORDINANCE NO. ��— � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-WAY STREET <br /> - EAST ORCHARD STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, a portion of East Orchard Street from <br /> the west right of way line of Jasper Street to the east <br /> right of way line of Illinois Street be, and the same is <br /> hereby, established as a one-way street for westbound <br /> traffic only and all vehicles traveling on said portion of <br /> said street shall travel west. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 3 .
