That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate signs are installed thereat, the parking of vehicles <br /> on the south side of East North Street, from the west right of <br /> way line of Franklin Street to the east right of way line of <br /> North State Street be, and the same is hereby, limited to a <br /> maximum of f ive (5) minutes. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall �� <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon !I <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense.
