." <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /o� — � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - SEDGWICK AND STONE STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Stone <br /> Street approaching Sedgwick Street from either direction <br /> shall stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on <br /> Sedgwick Street which have entered the intersection of said <br /> streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to <br /> constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so <br /> stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such <br /> time as a safe interval occurs . <br /> � Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 3 .
