This petition is about an alley that zuns north and south from <br />� North Street to i�illiam Street between the 300 blocks of North Main and <br /> North Church Streets in Decatur, Illinois. A plat of the area which <br /> includes the alley is marked Exhibit A and attached hereto. The real estate <br /> owned by petitioners is marked in yellow. The part of the alley they seek <br /> to vacate is marked in blue. <br /> 2. Petitioners are: <br /> (a) Robert G. I:owa <br /> (b) The First National Bank of Decatur as Trustee under an <br /> agreement dated February 17, 1982, known as Trust ho. 3380. <br /> (c) The First National Bank of Decatur as Trustee under an <br /> agreement dated December 1, 1988, known as Trust No. 3830. <br /> 3. Robert G. Kowa is the sole beneficiary of the trusts described in <br /> paragraph 2. <br /> 4. Petitioners are the owners of record of the real estate �ahich abuts <br /> the alley, except that Soy Capital Bank and Trust Company owns the real <br /> estate which abuts the east side of the south 80 feet of the alley. <br /> S. By Ordinance Ivo. 77-60 adopted P4ay 2, 1977, the alley was <br /> restricted �to one-way south bound ttaffic. <br /> 6. Robert G. Kowa is the sole shareholder of Huston-Patterson <br /> Corporation. It occupies all of the real estate that abuts the west side of <br /> the alley. The real estate that abuts the east side of the• alley is j <br /> occupied in part by the Illinois Employment Service Office, in part by The <br /> First National Bank of Decatur, and in part by Huston-Patterson Corporation. , <br />
