A narrow strip of ground on the west side of the alley extending <br /> nozth 203.8 feet of the north line of William Street was vacated by <br /> Qrdinaace No. 1400 adopted September 13, 1938. <br /> 11. There is a 12 inch sanitazy sewer that runs north and south <br /> through the alley. <br /> 12. The public interest will be subserved by vacating the alley, <br /> except the south 80 feet thereof. <br /> 13. The vacating ordinance should reserve an easement for the existing <br /> sanitary seWer and any other existing utilities, and be subject to payment <br /> of compensation in an amount equal to the benefits which vill accrue to <br /> petitioners by zeason of the vacation. <br />
