SECTION 14. Publication of Notice. The Certificate of <br /> Publication of Notice on May 6, 1991 concerning the public <br /> hearing held on May 20, 1991 shall be received, placed on file <br /> and is hereby approved. <br /> SECTION 15. Publication in Pamphlet Form.
