executing the Mortgage, such execution to constitute conclusive <br /> evidence of their approval , and of the City Council ' s approval, <br /> of any changes or revisions therein from the form of the Bond <br /> Insurance Policy attached hereto. <br /> SECTION 10. Authorization and Ratification of Related <br /> Matters. The members, officials, agents and employees of the <br /> City are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do all such <br /> acts and things and to execute, deliver and/or approve all such <br /> documents and showings as may be necessary to carry out and <br /> comply with the provisions of this Ordinance and all of the acts <br /> and doings of the members, officials, agents and employees of the <br /> City which are in conformity with the intent and purposes of this <br /> Ordinance, whether heretofore or hereafter taken or done, shall <br /> be and are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved. <br /> SECTION 11. The Provisions Separable. The provisions <br /> of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be separable, and if any <br /> section, phrase or provision shall for any reason be declared to <br /> be invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remainder of the sections, phrases or provisions. <br /> SECTION 12. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances, Etc. <br /> All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof, in conflict <br /> wi h h r i i n f i r in n r h x ent of such <br /> t t e ov s o s o th s O d a ce a e, to t e e t <br /> P <br />� conflict, hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 13.
