from date of issuance, all as shall be approved by the Mayor <br /> within the parameters set forth in this Ordinance, the execution <br /> of said Trust Indenture by the Mayor to constitute conclusive <br /> evidence of the Mayor ' s approval, and of the City Council ' s <br /> approval , of the final terms of the Series 1991 Bonds. <br /> SECTION 5. Trust Indenture. The City Council does <br /> hereby authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor under the <br /> seal of the City, attested by its City Clerk , and the delivery of <br /> a Trust Indenture dated as of May 1, 1991 (the "Trust Indenture" ) <br /> between the City and Magna Trust Company, Belleville, Illinois, <br /> as trustee ( the "Trustee" ) , providing for the security of the <br /> Series 1991 Bonds and expressing the contract between the City <br /> and the holders of the Series 1991 Bonds. Such Trust Indenture <br /> shall be substantially in the form of the Trust Indenture <br /> attached hereto and marked Exhibit C and hereby approved, or with <br /> such changes therein as shall be approved by the officials of the <br /> City executing the same, such execution to constitute conclusive <br /> evidence of their approval, and of the City Council ' s approval, <br /> of any changes or revisions therein from the form of the Trust <br /> Indenture attached hereto. <br /> SECTION 6. Bond Purchase Agreement. The City Council <br /> does hereby authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor and <br /> the delivery of a Bond Purchase Agreement ( the "Bond Purchase <br /> Agreement" ) among the City, the Corporation and First Chicago <br /> Capital Markets, Inc. , as underwriter ( the "Underwriter" ) , <br /> -6- <br />
