pursuant to which the Underwriter will offer to purchase the <br /> Series 1991 Bonds. Such Bond Purchase Agreement shall be <br /> substantially in the form of the Bond Purchase Agreement attached <br /> hereto and marked Exhibit D and hereby approved, or with such <br /> changes therein as shall be approved by the Mayor, such execution <br /> to constitute conclusive evidence of the Mayor ' s approval, and of <br /> the City Council ' s approval, of any changes or revisions therein <br /> from the form of the Bond Purchase Agreement attached hereto. <br /> SECTION 7. Official Statement. The City Council does <br /> hereby authorize and approve the execution by the Mayor of an <br /> Official Statement (the "Official Statement" ) on behalf of the <br /> City relating to the Series 1991 Bonds. Such Official Statement <br /> shall be in substantially the form of the draft of the <br /> Preliminary Official Statement ( the "Preliminary Official <br /> Statement" ) attached hereto and marked Exhibit E and hereby <br /> approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by <br /> the Mayor , such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of <br /> the Mayor ' s approval, and of the City Council ' s approval of any <br /> changes therein from the form of the Preliminary Official <br /> Statement attached hereto. <br /> The use by the Underwriter of the Preliminary Official <br /> Statement, in substantially the form attached hereto and marked <br /> Exhibit E, in connection with the marketing of the Series 1991 <br /> Bonds is hereby in all respects authorized and approved.
