COMMISSION ON HUMAN RELATIONS. <br /> A. Prosecution for a violation hereof may be brought only <br /> after a hearing on such charge has been held by the Commission on <br /> Human Relations and only after a findinq by said Commission that <br /> such violation has occurred. <br /> B.
