That the recommendation of the Decatur <br /> Historical and Architectural Sites Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Council hereby expressly finds that the <br /> above-described premises has integrity of design and meets the <br /> criteria established in Sections 4 (a) , (c) , (d) , (g) and (i) of <br /> said Chapter 31 . <br /> Section 3 . That said described premises be, and the same is <br /> hereby, designated a Historic District and is hereby made subject <br /> to all restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto <br /> under the provisions of said Chapter 31 . <br /> Section 4. That the Director of Community Development be, <br /> and he is hereby, directed to send, by regular mail, a certified <br /> copy of this ordinance to all owners of property included in the <br /> premises described herein. <br /> Section 5.
