No such license shall be valid unless _ <br /> there is, and all privileges under any issued license shall terminate <br /> automatically at anytime there ceases to be on file with the City Clerk, a <br /> . � <br /> certificate evidencing a valid contract of insurance between the licensee and <br /> a companq authorized to do business in this State and approved by the Risk <br /> Manager, with the City as an additional named insured, providing comprehensive <br /> general liability coverage including premises and operations, coatractor's <br /> protective liability, completed operations and product liabil.ity with limits <br /> not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $1,500,000 aggregate, for bodi,ly <br /> injury and property damage combined, which certificate shall provide for not <br /> less than thirty day notice to the City before cancellation or modification of <br /> coverage can. become effective as to it. <br /> CHAPTER 39 <br /> SUB-SIDEWALK SPACE <br /> 3. PIIBLIC LIABIIaITY INSIIRANCE. Before a permit is issued, the ap- <br /> plicant must obtain a public liability policy, with the City as a named in- <br /> sureda in the minimum amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrencey and $1,500,000 ag- <br /> gregate, for bodily injury and property damage combined, protecting and insur- <br /> ing the City against loss by reason of accidents arising out of construction, <br /> operation and maintenance of said sub-sidewalk space, including the surface of <br /> the sidewalk over said sub-sidewalk space and the sidewalk in front of the <br /> premises involved. A certificate of such insurance must be filed with the <br /> Citye The policy shall have a clause that said insurance cannot be terminated <br /> without a previous thirty (30) day notice to the City. <br /> � EXHIBIT A <br />
