BOND AND INSIIRANCE N <br /> . o ermit shall be ranted until a licant <br /> P g PP _ <br /> shall file his bond, payable to the City, in the penal sum of Ten Thousand <br /> Dollars ($10,000 with a co orate suret to be a <br /> )� rp y pproved by the City Manager, <br /> and conditioned, among other things, that said applicant will pay anq and all , <br /> damage caused by him; that he will move the same without delay; that he will <br /> �ut no trees except as herein provided; that he will follow the route desig- <br /> nated by the permit; that he will save, indemnify, and hold the City harmless <br /> against any and all liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses which may ac- <br /> crue against the City in consequence of the granting of such permit; and that <br /> he will in all things strictly comply with the conditions of the permit and <br /> �with all ordinances of the City. Said permittee shall also provide the City <br /> with evidence of insurance showing the City as a named co-insured on a policy <br /> of general liability with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and <br /> $1,500,000 aggregate, for bodily injury and property damage combined. <br /> CHAPTER 59 <br /> SIGN HANGERS <br /> 4. INSIIBANCE. At the time of making application for license, such per- <br /> son, firm or corporation making application therefore shall file with the City <br /> Clerk a public liability policy with the City as named insured, insuring the <br /> City against liability in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, <br /> and $1,500,000 aggregate, for bodily injury and property damage combined. <br /> Such policy shall provide that no change in or cancellation of the insurance <br /> afforded thereby shall be effective until not less than 30 days notice thereof <br /> is received by the City. <br />
