This petition has been prepared and is presented under Section XXVII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur , Illinois , as amended. 2. Petitioner, St. Mary's Hospital , Decatur, of the , Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis , is owner of the following described real estate, which is located within the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is presently zoned R-1: That part of Lot 1 of St. Mary' s Hospital as shown by the plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 269 of the records of the . Macon County Recorder, Macon County, Illinois, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot , 1 being 374.55 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot ' 1 ; thence S 89°59 ' 38" E, 32.69 feet along the South line of ', said Lot 1 ; thence along the South line of said Lot 1 on a I curve to the left having a radius of 667.4 feet and a chord , that bears N 80°53 '47" E for an arc distance of 205.21 feet; thence N 35 °15 ' 39" W, 369 . 19 feet ; thence N 89°40 ' 55" W, 20 .00 feet; thence S 0�19' 12" W, 333 .99 feet to the point of . beginning. 3 .
