This petition has been prepared and is presented under <br /> Section XXVII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur , <br /> Illinois , as amended. <br /> 2. Petitioner, St. Mary's Hospital , Decatur, of the <br /> , Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis , is owner of <br /> the following described real estate, which is located within the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and is presently zoned R-1: <br /> That part of Lot 1 of St. Mary' s Hospital as shown by the <br /> plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 269 of the records of the <br /> . Macon County Recorder, Macon County, Illinois, described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot , <br /> 1 being 374.55 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot ' <br /> 1 ; thence S 89°59 ' 38" E, 32.69 feet along the South line of ', <br /> said Lot 1 ; thence along the South line of said Lot 1 on a I <br /> curve to the left having a radius of 667.4 feet and a chord <br /> , that bears N 80°53 '47" E for an arc distance of 205.21 feet; <br /> thence N 35 °15 ' 39" W, 369 . 19 feet ; thence N 89°40 ' 55" W, <br /> 20 .00 feet; thence S 0�19' 12" W, 333 .99 feet to the point of <br /> . beginning. <br /> 3 . Petitioner also owns all property adjoining the above <br /> described property on all sides except on the south where it is <br /> bounded by State Highway Route No. 47 , also known as "Lake Shore <br /> Drive" . <br />
