(e) Administer the codes and ordinances of the City - <br /> relating to buildings, housing, mechanical systems, property <br /> maintenance, flood plains, mobile homes and related matters; - <br /> (f) Keep records of applications, permits, inspections, <br /> certificates and other matters connected with its work and <br /> responsibilities; <br /> (g) Review and make recommendations regarding street or <br /> other vacations, annexations, real estate acguisitions or <br /> dispositions, and similar matters as may be referred to it; <br /> (h) Provide advice to and referral of aging citizens in <br /> need of such services; <br /> (i) Advise the City Manager upon all aspects of the <br /> relationships between people in the community and to suggest <br /> ways, means and programs by which the same may be nurtured, <br /> bettered and enhanced; <br />�'� (j) Supervise and coordinate the City' s mass transit <br />' operation; and, <br /> (k) Perform such other functions and duties as may be - <br /> assigned from time to time by the City Manager. <br />
