' , <br /> , I ` ' s�all <br /> provide full service and full access to its system to all <br /> . � � <br /> parts of any territory annexed to the City subsequent to the <br /> original construction of said system. <br /> The Company shall, subject to the provisions of this Agreement <br /> as to service, be required to permit any person to have access to <br /> the services of the Company, subject only to the payment of required <br /> charges, provided, however, that Company has all legal <br /> authorizations to serve, and that no extension of the system needs <br /> to be made to any location unless there is at least one potential <br /> customer in each 130 feet of line or extension to be constructed, as <br /> measured from the nearest trunk line, or unless the customer or <br /> customers shall pay in advance for, and share equally, the actual <br /> additional expense of labor and materials in addition to the normal <br /> installation to be payable by each customer for such extension of <br /> the system. <br /> In calculating the costs of construction, the Company will <br /> include installation of distribution cable, service laterals from <br /> the street to the house, and all internal installation labor and <br /> materials. <br /> Section 18 (a) Company shall maintain a repair service capable <br /> of locating and correcting major system malfunctions promptly. Said <br /> repair service shall be available, in addition to normal business <br /> hours, to correct such major system malfunctions affecting a number <br /> of customers which occur from the time the Company�s office closes <br /> until 12 :30 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. until 12:30 <br /> a.m. on Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. <br /> -10- <br />
