' ;� . � <br /> ;� , ' <br /> , <br /> ' ' (b) A listed, local or toll free telephone number shall be <br /> made available to customers for emergency service calls during <br /> non-office hours. The number used shall be listed in the telephone <br /> directory under all names by which Company is known or commonly <br /> referred. Investigative action shall be initiated in response to <br /> all service calls, other than major outages, not later than the next <br /> business day after the call is received. Corrective action shall be <br /> completed as promptly as practicable. Appropriate records shall be <br /> made of service calls, showing when received and what corrective <br /> actions was completed. Such records shall be retained in Company's <br /> files for not less than one (1) year and be subject to inspection by <br /> the City. <br /> (c) In event that full service to any customer is interrupted <br /> for a period of seventy-two (72) hours or more, the Company shall <br /> review the nature and cause of such interruptions if so requested by <br /> the City. Company will also adjust customer charges for the , <br /> affected month, unless the City finds that such interruption was due <br /> to factors beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The <br /> adjustment will be based on a calculation of number of hours lost <br /> multiplied by the hourly prorata share of the current monthly rate. <br /> Section 19. That the Company shall not engage in the business <br /> of repairing or selling or renting television sets; shall not favor <br /> or recommend any person, firm or corporation engaged in the renting, <br /> repairing or selling television sets; shall not install equipment <br /> for the reception of its services in exchange for removal of then <br /> existing television or radio installations or any part thereof. <br /> -11- <br />
