The Company shall have the authorit to <br /> Y promulgate <br /> such rules, regulations, terms and conditions governing the conduct <br /> of its business not in conflict with the provisions hereof as shall <br /> be reasonably necessary to enable the Company to exercise its rights <br /> and perform its obligations under this ordinance and to assure an <br /> uninterrupted service to each and all of its customers, copies of <br /> which shall be kept on file with the City Clerk and at the local <br /> office of the Company and there made available for public <br /> inspection. <br /> Section 29. That charges made by the Company for services, <br /> including installation, repair, removal, regular service and any and <br /> all other charges made by the Company whatsoever with regard to the <br /> operation of said system shall not discriminate between persons, <br /> firms, or corporations paying for the same or similar services <br /> except as permitted herein. The Company shall notify the City <br /> Clerk, and all affected customers, at least 20 days prior to <br /> implementation of new rates. <br /> That when and if the Company�s rates for basic cable television <br /> services become lawfully subject to City regulation through federal <br /> legislation, this agreement shall be construed as granting to the <br /> City all authority over such rates as though such authority was <br /> fully stated herein and no rate increase for such services may be <br /> instituted by the Company after the effective date of such <br /> -18- <br />
