This <br /> charge reNects reasonabie costs incurred for handling delinquent accounts and <br /> includes,but is not limited to,clerical and administrative costs,postage,handling, <br /> intemal account maintenance,and statement presentatlon.This provisio�in refer- <br /> ence to liquidated damages is intended to be and shall be cumulative and shall <br /> be in addition to every other remedy now or hereafter existing at law or in equity <br /> or by statute. <br /> This notice means that, if monthly statements are not paid on or before the due date <br /> shown on the bill, a$3.00 charge will be added. <br /> This charge will only affect a small group of subscnbers. We are adding this charge <br /> to cover additional costs for handling delinquent accounts.
